Terms and Conditions

Airport Pickup

Our driver will receive you by the arrival airline baggage claim area, and he/she will be holding the passenger name sign. If there is any difficulty for locating the driver, please call us for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made prior to 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time is without penalty. A cancellation made within 2 hours or after scheduled pick up time is subject to a full fare and gratuity charges.

No Show Up Charges

Please DON’T leave the baggage claim area without calling us in order to avoid the NO SHOW UP charges. Please call us at 734-564-1650, if the phone line is busy please leave detailed voice message and allow us 10 minutes to connect you. No show up charges at Detroit Metro Airport is minimum $25.00 or full fare. No exception. (Other Airports & city are subject to full fare + other charges).

Wait time charges

Wait time charges do not begin until 15 minutes past scheduled pick time. However, at airport waiting charges will begin 35-45 minutes after flight landed.

Gratuity

20% gratuity will be automatically added for single payment convenient.

Deposits

All deposits are subject to non-refundable unless reservation is cancelled in a timely manner.

Service Terminations

The driver may terminate trip services due to inappropriate behavior of the passengers. A full service charge will apply.

Company is not responsible...
  • for any loss because of service delays or termination due to the weather conditions, accidents, or mechanical breakdown of the vehicle.
  • for any damaged cause by Independent or Sub-contractors.
  • for any article left in the car.
  • Alcohol and drug consumption is prohibited by law. If charged, the customer is responsible for all fines.
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Luggage will not be placed on the passenger seats.
  • Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of pre-arranged time described on the run sheet.

  • Airport Parking Charges: $10.00
  • Fuel Surcharge: $3.00/trip
  • Minimum service charge: $20.00
  • Waiting Charges: $30.00/hour
  • Terminal to Terminal: $10.00
  • Canada Border Toll: $10.00
  • Hourly Booking Rates: $30.00/hour (3 hours minimum)
  • Car Seat: $10.00 (24 hours in advance notice required)
  • Stop Over Charges: $10.00
